Exclusive Legal Job Placement Contract

This made entered on [Date] [Month], [Year], and between [Company Name], referred “Agency”, undersigned, referred “Client”, referred “Parties”.

1. Engagement Agency The Client engages the Agency to provide exclusive legal job placement services within the territory of Nigeria. The Agency agrees to use its best efforts to source, screen, and present qualified legal candidates to the Client for potential employment.
